About
Che Che
"I am an artist with a deep love for both music and management. Singing has always been a powerful way for me to express emotion, while my passion for leadership allows me to bring out the potential in others. My journey has taken me from the small cities of China to Beijing, and across the United States—from Virginia to Maine to Boston. I’ve traveled to more than 15 countries, each experience shaping my vision. This global view has made me open-minded and adaptable—especially in music, where I embrace a wide range of styles and cultures. Jazz, in particular, resonates with me on a personal level. It’s a genre that encourages freedom and expression, and though it’s not commonly associated with Chinese artists, I’ve made it a core part of my identity."
"My approach to management is equally shaped by life experience. Military school taught me the value of discipline and structure, while working within my family’s business gave me firsthand insight into leadership and entrepreneurship. Together, these influences have helped me develop a balanced and effective approach to guiding others with a simple but powerful vision: to respect others, inspire creativity in everyone, and work together to create a better world."
